The complex comprises 6 buildings with a total of 12 classrooms, a library, an auditorium, and a gymnasium, covering a total built area of 5,000 m², along with extensive exterior landscaping and site formations.

The structural frames of the buildings are made of reinforced concrete, with the exception of the auditorium roof, which features a steel structure.

The proposal was awarded first prize in the related architectural competition, followed by the development of the full design study.

The complete structural analysis of the project was carried out using the finite element method in SCIA Engineer, and it was subsequently published in the annual SCIA User Contest publication.
